How long does a typical project take?
Design phase: 4–6 weeks. Installation and fit-out: 4–8 weeks. Total timeline is typically 8–14 weeks from consultation to handover. Larger renovations may take up to 16 weeks.
Do you work outside Milan?
Our primary focus is Milan and the Lombardy region. We occasionally accept projects in Rome, Florence, and Turin for budgets exceeding €25,000. Travel costs are quoted separately.
Is the initial consultation free?
Yes, the first 30-minute consultation at our Brera studio or via video call is complimentary. On-site visits within Milan cost €180, which is credited toward your project if you proceed.
Can you work within a strict budget?
Absolutely. We offer phased approaches where critical areas are completed first. Our Starter package at €4,500 is designed for smaller spaces and budget-conscious clients.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT (22% IVA). Final invoices include VAT as required by Italian law. EU B2B clients with valid VAT numbers may be exempt.
What warranty do you provide?
Design services: 12-month warranty on specifications. Full renovations: 12-month warranty on workmanship. Furniture procured through us carries manufacturer warranties of 2–5 years.
